Dynamic 1:1 coaching

Eight weeks. One goal. The pattern underneath it.

Rapid Results is deliberately narrow: one goal, eight sessions, and NLP techniques applied to the structure that keeps the old response in place. Most people don't need more insight. They need the pattern to stop running.

Why NLP, plainly

Neuro-Linguistic Programming treats a stuck response as a sequence rather than a character flaw. Something happens, you make an internal picture of it, you say something to yourself about it, a state follows, and behaviour comes out the other end. That sequence is learned, repeated and — once it's visible — editable.

So we don't spend eight weeks describing the problem. We find how it's built, change it at that level, then test it against real situations until the new response is the one that shows up on its own.

Who this suits

  • ✦One goal you've circled for months without moving on it
  • ✦A pattern you can name and still can't interrupt — procrastination, people-pleasing, conflict avoidance
  • ✦A decision you keep deferring: the role, the business, the relationship, the move
  • ✦Confidence that collapses in specific rooms and holds fine everywhere else

The eight weeks

A structured arc, not eight open-ended chats

  1. Session 1

    The goal, made specific

We turn a vague want into one well-formed outcome: what you'll see, hear and be doing when it's true, and what has to stay intact along the way.

  2. Sessions 2–3

    Find the pattern

We map how the stuckness actually works — the trigger, the internal dialogue, the picture you make, the state that follows. Patterns are structural, which is why they're changeable.

  3. Sessions 4–5

    Shift it

NLP interventions applied to that specific structure: reframing, timeline and anchoring work, parts and belief change. The point is a different response, not better willpower.

  4. Sessions 6–7

    Test under load

We rehearse the new pattern against the real situations that used to trip it — the meeting, the conversation, the Sunday night dread — and adjust where it doesn't hold.

  5. Session 8

    Lock in and hand over

Your own evidence of change, the practices that maintain it, and a plain next step. You leave with a decision, not a to-do list.

Private coaching, session by session

Many people finish the eight weeks and keep going on a different question. Ongoing 1:1 uses the same NLP toolkit without the programme structure — a thinking partner for leaders, founders and professionals working through decisions as they arrive.

Sessions run 60 minutes, in person in Cape Town or online. Booked monthly, cancel any time.

Clarity Circles

If the thing you're facing is a life transition rather than a single goal, a Circle often does more than 1:1 can. Eight people at the same threshold, ninety minutes a week, eight weeks — with Gestalt-informed norms that keep the group honest.

Bring the goal, however roughly stated. Thirty minutes is usually enough to know whether eight weeks is the right container for it.
